Dirty. Mazzios Pizza was great when it first opened here. Now it just looks like its not taken care of - the tables, chairs, carpets are old & it never looks well cleaned. The last time I ate there, I arrived just as the doors opened that morning. I couldn't find a clean table-there were crumbs everywhere, even on the window sills by the table. Obviously it had not been cleaned the night before. Not very appetizing! The management needs to step up
