Great experience for Service. I recently brought my truck in for service at Granger Chevrolet. I had gotten a letter from Chevy about a minor recall item and plus I needed an oil change. When I pulled up, one of the service people was quick to greet me and offer to help me out. He gave me an estimate time for everything and I proceeded to wait. Anytime I was within earshot of an employee, they seemed to go out of their way to say hello and make sure I felt welcome. At one point the service person that had helped me came to notify me that it would take a few minutes longer than he originally had told me. It only ended up being ten more minutes. Most places don't bother to update you and wait for you to complain about why it's taken so much longer than they told you before they give you the truth. This place was honest and was up front with me. Imagine that. They got the work done, treated me with honesty and were friendly as could be.
