The Napa Valley TrainThis station offers two menu items inspired from our visits to the napa valley: garlic chicken roasted on the bone, then shredded & served w/ garlic mashed potatoes & toppings like shredded cheeses, sour cream, bacon crumbles & creamery butter or mashed sweet potatoes w/ butter, brown sugar, cinnamon & ground pecans in a classy martini glass w/ loaves of sourdough bread
South of the BorderThis mexican specialty brings to your guests spicy & bold flavors of the border w/ chicken, beef or pork fajitas, quesadillas, along w/ all the fixings to make it a feast. Chili con queso dip w/ tortilla chips & salsa

The Antipasto Station w/ Cheeses, Grilled Vegetables & MeatsThis station offers your guests an array of cured italian meats & cheeses - w/ both grilled & marinated vegetables they can select from artichoke hearts, imported olives, asparagus, fresh mozzarella, provolone, genoa salami, italian sausage, pepperoncini, w/ loaves of freshly baked french bread & flavored dipping oils. This is truly one of our chef's most favorite stations to prepare as it has an amazing abundance of international flavor
